Randy, I've since double-checked my information here and that isn't the problem. The drive does not respond to any SCSI_DIRECT commands, so if your using it, forget it. If you are using the information contained within the rigid boot block, it's set to use less sectors than are actually available (408,000 allowed vice 408,574 available according to Quantum), something I'm going to fix whenever I can face backing up and restoring 200+ floppies. I did get around to using HDToolBox, by setting the driver tooltype and it works fine, except for not being able to query the drive. I still think it's a problem on your end, not mine, as QBTools is the only program that is experiencing a problem. The two PD/ShareWare reorganizers both run fine here with absolutely no problems. Actually, they run faster than QBTools, even though it is crapping out halfway through. What's the story here? I dont' _think_ I've got anything set up wrong. Any other ideas?
