I just received my QUARTERBACK 600 Upgrade to-day. HAVE PROBLEM! Proceeded as follows:- 1. Made a backup copy of the original disk. 2. Installed on hard disk – into same drawer where my old Quarterback Ver:501 resided. Installation went OK. 3. Working from the new Quarterback installed correctly on the hard disk – I tried starting "Quarterback". I then got a window asking me to "personalize your copy". 4. I duly filled in my name, my company nd the Serial number which appeared on both your invoice and on the floppy disk. This completed I noticed that the "OK" button was crossed hatched – and therefore inoperable. 5. Could find nothing in the Manual which came with the Upgrade which indicates a procedure or solution to the problem…. which is I just cannot get beyond the "PERSONALIZE SCREEN"!! The program just will NOT WORK! 6. The Serial number – as far as I can see – is written as follows:- 600. 14930 7. Have tried using just 14930 alone. 600 (without stop) 14930… and a multitude of combinations. Nothing works. 8. Shall I send the software back to you as a dismal failure……. Hilary.
