You might want to try something like this…
Print out the document to a PostScript file.
Then use POST to run the postscript file and output to an IFF file. Then
use AdPro, ImageMaster or Image F/X to convert the IFF file to a PCX
and/or BMP file.
Include both the poscript file and the PCX/BMP file on your distribution
disk, amybe even along with a PCX/BMP viewer.
