#In Memory of Michael
Twas the night before Christmas.
Uh huh.
Just checking in to let you know where _my_ heart is at this Christmas… My
daughter's closest friend, Michael Stuckey, was murdered this week while trying
to stop a mugging near Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco.
Michael was 24, and just beginning to get into computer graphics and 3D Studio
(he was going to the SF Art Institute, studying sculpture).
We'll miss Michael terribly, and are reminded once again with a kick in the
face that life is so short that we're constantly on the verge of missing it.
I hope you all get to spend the holidays with your loved ones. Take care of
yourselves and be safe.
