I'm not sure why that problem would be occuring, but the Autodesk Product
Support guys (Jonas Ruikis and Brian Rudolph) would be your best bet for
helping you to figure it out. They're on vacation this week, and they'll be
back online next Monday.
Till then, perhaps some other folks on the forum have an idea.
