With all due respect the Mr. JKJ, I wouldn't buy another Gateway. I didn't
have HALF the problems others on the Gateway Forum had at the same time, but
they were terribly slow, unresponsive and seemingly unconcerned. A friend of
mine at another local firm also had enough problems that they eventually had to
cancel their order (about a month after it was supposed to have arrived, but
hadn't — Gateway wouldn't even return their calls).
With Gateway, it either seems like the experience is either a breeze, or the
scraping of fingernails on a chalkboard.
