Using a Parnet & Printer together can be a bit of a problem. My wordprocessor (FinalCopy II) would freeze everytime I ran FCII and had the parnet mounted. I solved the problem by setting my printer driver to be SERIAL instead of parallel. This can be done from Printer Prefs. Apparently, FCII checked the parallel port, and got hung when parnet didn't respond "correctly" for a printer. If your printer supports a serial interface, you could use both printer on the serial port, and pernet on the parallel. As for deleting (or removing) the Parnet. Check the startup scripts, Mounlist, DosDrivers, and the WB-Startup drawer for the parnet mounting command/script. Delete the commands from perment scripts, and wb-Startup drawer (or move them into a temporary drawer). You don't have to mount the parnet at startup; you can always mount it later. Ron.
