Gayle,
If the invalid configuration message is from the BB it means something
in your CMOS setup isn't set correctly. It may be you need to change the
amount of physical memory you have. Run BBsetup and check to see if the memory
and other settings conform with the actual BB and device setup you have hooked
up.
