That sounds like a major disadvantage to all those who bought through your
authorized dealers! Can't buyers have the option of going through their dealer
to get the upgrade? The serial numbers are recorded by Schreiber when the
dealers purchased them, so it should be easy to track.
I realize that some dealers may not want to hassle with a free upgrade, but for
those of us who do provide full service, we would like to make our client's
lives easier!
