The memory manager message means that there isn't enough space in the
upper memory blocks to install the expanded memory window. The memory manager
needs a contiguous 16k block in which to install the emm window. Apparently,
you are using all of the memory or at least enough of upper memory to preclude
the block. You need to unload something. Run the DRDOS mem program to see how
much upper memory space is available.
