PhotoMorph has a storyboard feature that allows you to create full movies of special effects. In fact, PhotoMorph 2 can double as a digital video editor. In the example you gave, you would like to morph from a circle to a triangle, then the triangle to a square. This would be accomplished in PhotoMorph by using two clips in the storyboard. The process would consist of: Load the start image for the first morph (the circle) and the end image for the first morph (the triangle). Select the morph effect and press edit. With PhotoMorph, control points are used to specify the coresponding areas and edges of the two objects. After placing and editing the points, press OK. This completes the first clip. Press the "Create New Clip" button. This feature takes the end image of the previous effect (in our example, the triangle) and makes it the start image of the next clip. In this process, the points you've placed are also retained. This means that your successive point placement work is cut in half! Next we load the end image for the second clip, the square. Press edit and you will see that the points on the traingle will be place for you already, only adjustments will be required to the square's points. Press OK and Create Animation, and your done! As you can see Morphing is very easy with PhotoMorph. Remember that Morphing is only 1/6th of PhotoMorph 2's capibilities. Our other effects include: Colorization, Distortions, Transitions, Overlays, and Warping. PhotoMorph 2 has complete support for Alpha Channel compositing and multiple similtanious effects. No other special effects package matches the feature set of PhotoMorph 2 at any price! I hope this has been helpful. Good luck, Ed Lecuyer Manager, Technical Support – PhotoMorph
