Hi Bill,
As an addition to what Ted said, keep in mind that using the Force
Two-sided option or using 2-sided materials are going to add to your rendering
time. You'll have to decide how much time you are going to spend with a model
to determine whether or not it is economical to go in and unify faces manually.
