Doug, I concede most of what you say. Especially the search and count capability (maybe one could win a bet or game show prize) for finding all the cities named "Coeur d'Alene" (That particular one is probably easy without it though!). Although such capability is not exactly what most of us want maps for. After a couple more evolutions of De Lorme's map, and they improve the appearance of the maps, fill in most of the gaps and errors, then it will look very attractive. But, all in all, most of the time I use a map is for the detail in the wild, not to get down the highway. So, until someone makes all the topo maps, BLM maps, and even FS maps available on CD-ROM, such things as "Street Atlas USA" are of minor need. Lanny
