Is it true that CEI's backers dropped out ? I hope Alex is on line in the conference tonight, some answer's are needed _now_. If the consortium is still together, maybe it's time to _lower_ the offer, just to let the debter's know that the liquidators have dropped the ball one too many times. It was their job to obtain the _highest_ amount for the creditors. I wonder what happens when the delays cost the debters _everything_.
