Download Speed
I have a 4000/040 and a US Robotics Dual Standard 28.8 modem. My local CIS
exchange supports 14.4, I can get 1600 cps plus on downloads but uploading
I only get 700 to 900 cps. I had this trouble while BBSing a long time ago
and I believe the fix was to change a setting in my Prefs-serial file. Any
suggestions?
