I'm using the Stealth 64 PCI w/4MB. In Windows, using the 2.20 drivers, things
work without a hitch, even in 24-bit mode. However, I have one (minor) problem
in 3D Studio (r4). In the materials editor, the text in the bottom half of the
screen is fuzzy, as if the monitor convergence is off (it isn't). There's NO
other adverse affect, near as I can tell. All the renderings turn out
superbly, and there's no distortion apparent in any of the meshes when editing.
The card is quite fast in both Windows and DOS. Because I need quick DOS
performance, I opted for the Stealth 64 rather than the Viper, which has
abysmal DOS performance. (Note that poor / great DOS performance has no effect
on 3D Studio due to its use of special drivers.)
