GPS Error

That's a new one. I guess that implies a satellite can just go bonkers and send
bad data until they shut it down and fix it (if possible). That could explain a
2 mile error.
I hope to get back down there next spring. I'll take some readings when down
there, hope to spend at least a day on that spot of ground.
The locality is really interesting, if one is interested in unusual mineralogy
and micros-durangite, hematite, topaz, cassiterite and reportedly another 55 or
so minerals. Wish I was there now instead of here (although camping in the
Thomas Range in the winter can often be a challenge!). Try spending News Years
Eve out there!
