I'm not sure what you mean here.
I agree there are plates and while I can imagine them moving they are
gridlocked and have very little motion only adjustments to the gravitational
effects of the Sun and Moon.
Venus being retrograde in rotation has obviously undergone trauma from some
type of collision or flyby. Don't you agree?
