Hi Kamron — Sorry, but I don't see any equations in your model. When did the collision or near collision occur? When did the hole fill in? Today the mid-ocean rises are far from continents and the flow of new crust is toward the continents. How do you account for this? Why are the rises still active after the hole filled? How do you account for symmetrical magnetic anomalies around the spreading center? Why is there subduction? It still seems to me that your ideas need quantitation and modeling. >—->howard
