Hi, Megan– I am away from home, but I seem to remember something like that in my atlas. Have you checked yours? If not specifically plate maps, many will have a relief map of the sea floors; the spreading ridges are easy to spot, and trenches mark some of the subduction zones if not all. Old Scientific Americans often have partial maps of this sort, and the latest issue shows maps of presumed continental motions _before_ the supercontinent Pangaea formed (bear in mind this is on much thinner evidence than what we have about the breakup of Pangaea and movements since then). I hope you are following the other discussions of plate tectonics in the "Transform faults" and "Subduction.." threads; there is a lot of info about how the theory works and evidence for/against being kicked around. –Doug
