You're probably jumping the gun. The Trustee has "accepted" the bid
from the UK group … much the same as a real estate agent will
accept your offer on someone's home. That does NOT mean there is or
will be a transaction. CEI has also had their bid "accepted". The
Trustee stated yesterday that there are 2 other (unnamed) bidders who
have made bids (with cash deposits).
