For "wipes" the Toaster supports using 2-256,000 color animations
where two of the colors are basically source A and Source B. As
source A (color 1) is drawn over by Source B (color 2), there goes
your wipe. The other 255,998 or so colors, can be used as any
animation would be. Kind of like the stuff you might see on the TV
show Home Improvement. Hammers, pretty ladies, Planes, Trains, and
Automobiles, whatever you can create. The Toasters DVEs are still a
"secret" and uneditable.
