Welcome to the forum! There are indeed products out there in the IBM
Compatible world for overlay genlock and CG. James has given you
some good suggestions but I might just throw out one old, familiar
name, the GVP Personal Suite Plus. It comes with a package called
Curtain Call for titling and animation, and (another oldie, but
goodie from the Amiga world) Video Director software for machine
control. The bundle runs somewhere about $550.
