Along with double-precision floating point math, random files are at the top of
my
list of features to implement for the next release. See "Future versions" in
ace.doc.

I'm adding more and more features to ACE with each new release. Except for
sprites, the two abovementioned features are the main AmigaBASIC features yet
to be implemented.
From the sounds of the kinds of programs you wish to write, the next release
will cater better to you.
