If you guessed Amiga, Lu, you are incorrect! 20 years of competition in the clone market is what has made the clones the market dominating force that they are and that is why no one writes software for the Amiga. Relatively speaking, no one owns an Amiga. Clones would lower prices and expand the market. Let's face it, the more machines you have out there, the more powerful your company will be. Quality and compatibility are issues that will be worked out by you and I, the consumers. If the quality isn't there or the compatibility isn't sufficient, what happens? WE DON'T BUY IT. Competition is not only good, it is essential to the survival of the Amiga way of computing. Competition breeds innovation and insures a vigorous market. Not a stagnant, "waiting to die" atmosphere that we have been limping along in for over a decade.
