"Thank goodness we haven't put too many mission critical applications on PC's, yet." Out of curiousity, what kind of work do you do that involves floating point calculations? And my suggestion of checking out the math on another machine applied only to determining if the machine had a defective Pentium that was affecting calculaton, not for production processes. That part of it is partially mooted by Intel's final cave-in/ Jerry
