I agree with your analysis of the situation. That's what I said in my first
message. The individual components of the Amiga hardware and software are
exactly what you say they are. And they are not unique to the Amiga, they are
as important to computing as they were before the Amiga. The machine that now
exists called Amiga, however, is irelleva irellevant as a commercial product or
as a driving force in computer development.
It's interesting how personal attacks happen here when someone voices an
opinion or describes reality in a way that someone else doesn't like.
'Lurking here for months' means I have checked the message traffic a couple of
times a week, without replying to any particular messages, until yours.
