Dan,
The disk drive was manufactured by Seagate. It was an ST277N
65 megabyte drive…. I contacted Seagate, or more precisely,
I contacted Pam Swanson of Seagate in Scotts Valley, Ca.
However, it states in the hard drive instalation manual that
the 'warranty' is determined by the dealer (in this case, 1 yr.).
Pam Swanson informed me that Computer Mart is not an authorized
dealer of Seagate drives. Finally, after a year, I still had not
yet received a working Seagate drive.
