Dear Mr. Wheeler,
First let my say that we appreciate your support and patience. Second I was
being assisted by someone who did not understand the CIS posting system.
Thirdly, I am sorry that you feel that way and you now know that this was not
my intent. After our phone conversation today I know that you understand that
we take our customers happiness very seriously. We are doing our best to
continue to provide top-notch service in an overwhelming situation.
Unfortunatly I do not have the time to answer you in full. As I've said time
and again InnoVision does not currently offer Tech Support over the nets and
that this is my own account, ect.. I do not, for the record, agree with your
interpretation of the events but…. We found out from Tri-Media today that the
folks at Wacom chaged some things in their tablet and did not let them know. In
fact we al communicated with a high-end post house in Toronto where they had
the EXACT same set ups and it would work on one and not the other. It's really
quite basic; Alpha Paint supports the Tablet.Lib. Tri-Media is currently
working on a new driver and InnoVision Technology is always optimizing the AP
code. We look for a new version of Alpha Paint to more fully support various
tablets and also being able to provide our clients with the Tablets and Drivers
directly from InnoVision.I will be posting the information and I encourage
anyone who has a question to give us a call at 510-638-0800 or fax at
510.638.6452. BTW we are trying to set up a BBS and should be online in early
1995! With God, your and other Amiga/Toaster users help we shall
continue…….
Thank you angain for your understanding.
All The Best,
Tom Patrick
