Please see my previous post and additionally you did NOT identify the tablet as
an ArtZ which is fairly new on the market. We are looking at what the problem
may be and have bent over backwards to give good service. We do have many
professional users with Wacom tablets who have experinced no problems. Have a
little patience we handle each request in the order it is recieved and asap and
to my knowledge we did not recieve a fax from you so please re-fax it.
