Yes, the Amiga disk devices do get fragmented, but it takes time to notice
it. And when you do, there are a few defrag utils available as shareware
as well as commercial. Defragged hard disk performance is most noticably
improved when you set up to play anims from them in realtime. Read delays
from the hard disks are greatly reduced after a treatment, as you know.
