Here I have to really disagree. We are the percievers, not the cameras or any
other instruments that we make. Beyond the obvious
lack of stereo vision in all but specialized cameras and images I think there
is a philosophical point to be made about who it is that is
aware of the universe. I am also facinated by the subject . Its interesting to
me, for example, that people think that B+W photos
look "realistic" when as Ansel Adams pointed out they are very abstract.
