Speaking of overlay genlock devices, I could use some names of GOOD brands. We
had one by RocGen that crapped out on us twice on two different computers. The
quality of the video out to tape was OK, but not great, and then one day we'd
come to turn on the computer, and … nothing (on the monitor). We'd have to
pull out the board and replace it with a regular video board to use the
computer. It was very user unfriendly, and we've been searching for an
alternate brand that will be more reliable, and better quality output. Any
suggestions?
