CompuServe Messages

I've been leaving messages for a few days now and realize I haven't introduced myself. How rude. My apologies, (boy I wish I had a spell checker). I'm new to CompuServe, and I'm using a DOS Based interface called TAPCIS, which is OK. If be interested if anyone has suggestions for a Windows based interface that lets you log on, get your messages and read them off line. What finally got me online for all this fun is my boss, John Sobernheim who is one of the SYSOP's for this forum. I'm a DTV Consultant (salesman) for The Computer Room, in Denver, Colorado. We are the last of the Amiga dealers in town (business is great), and specialize in the Video Toaster/Flyer, AmiLink etc. About a year ago we devirsified, diversifyd, diverzified… expanded to carry the Fast Video Machine, TAO Editizer, and now the Pinnacle Alladin. I've been waiting for Non-Linear video ever since I first used the cut and paste features of a word proccessor. I enjoy helping people in this field, I've worked in one form or another of communications almost my whole life. However, once Ed McMahon shows up with those $ he's been promising, I've got some serious dreams to fulfill. With 150 to 500 TV Channels, there is certainly room for our channel. Picture a forum on improving our planet, country, state, city etc., but it's on a TV channel instead of E-Mail. Sort of a blend of America's Funniest Home Videos, Public Access, and CNN. If you should steal my idea before I get around to making it happen, please at least hire me as your program director. It's a little scary to put my dream out to the public and risk it's being used by someone else, but I feel it's most important that it HAPPENS, whether I get the credit/riches or not.
