I got the October issue as well. In case you haven't been following this forum, Transactor has been having major problems (non-payment of authors, phones disconnected, mags not shipped). So many problems that many of us had already written them off. Hopefully the delivery of this issue means that things are turning around for them, though only time will tell. Personally, I wish them well. – Dave
