We've seen it happen. We don't believe it to be the c.p., but we haven't
figured out what's causing it yet. We have found that it is a BAD IDEA to put
new preferences on a product disk. Anyway, there are some disks out there that
are getting munched somehow, so send them back for a free replacement. Any
info on what you did before it stopped working will be most appreciated. Jeff
