Why don't you just open up your screen to the size of the users screen?
From my understanding, MOREROWS is a legal way for the user to increase
resolution (and won't break under 1.4). So, open your screen/window to the
size the screen is already in. Get the resolution by doing a
GetScreenData((char *) buffer, sizeof(struct Screen), WBENCHSCREEN,
screenpointer);. This way, you know the mouse will reach all edges and you
know you won't be overscanning beyond the limits of your user's monitor
(assuming that when the user set morerows he didn't overscan beyond the
limits of his monitor).
