DISKED/Trashed Disk

Well, I did it. I trashed a disk by flipping disks before the light
went out. Now my lights are out. OK, anybody know the steps involved
to recover a disk from a KEY 880 Checksum ERROR? Boy would I
like to know. The stuff on the disk is not backed up (YES, I KNOW,
STUPID ME). Anyway, just played with DISKED a little, need the EXACT
commands. So please be gentle and kind and leave me a message or 50
as to how to recover the disk. SIGH!! I'm in for it now.
