I don't know much about Croftward, but I would think that if a company
bought a magazine they would have the capacity to generate more than one or
two magazines, even though the magazine's own revenues were low. I don't
know who's fault it is that Transactor "went down the tubes", I just know
that Croftward didn't seem to help the situation much!
