In connection with your desire for AFM-to-PageStream conversion, I'd like to point out that our PostScript Series of fonts come with the proper metrics for PageStream support (along with screen reps) so that you can get accurate page layout as well as PostScript printing. We are looking into how to furnish Amiga support for Adobe fonts. We certainly see the potential value to Amiga DTP users.
