Hi I'm Andrew, your Gold Disk rep here on CIS. I'm glad to here the bitmap problem was solved and was simple. Professional Page 2.0 is a complex piece of programming and depends on many components (support files). We have had a fair number of people report problems that relate more to proper installation or execution. Some people really like to copy the files themselves rather than use the install. For version 2.0 (and 2.0a) the CGT and many other small files changed so installing the program with the provided and much improved HDinstall is really a good idea. Otherwise, copy the files carefully and to the right places. One other note to all. Please delete the contents of your CGCache directory when upgrading or if you experience display or printing problems. If your cache is old 1.3 or 2.0 before the "a" then this can be a big help. In order to rotate bitmaps on the screen and for Dot Matrix it was neccessary to substantially change the CGT and the cache files that it creates. needless to say, these old caches can cause problems. Our install may do this for you, but if you don't use it, or just to be safe go ahead and delete the contents of CGCache dir, but not the directory/drawer itself. Thanks let me know if there are any more problems and I will try to help. I'm not tech support, but I know a good amount about PPage as I use it everyday and have been using 2.0 since early Oct during Alpha testing.
