The only things near the computer are the TV and the HAM-E board itself. I've tried turning the TV itself off, although I haven't turned the HAM-E board off. The monitor is also 1 1/2 years old. Also, I bought it mail order, and so most dealers will be unhappy about being shown it, and I don't know if this problem is worth my spending any money on. I'll probably just come to live with it. BTW, I know the arguments pro/con mail-order. I went mail-order because I saved over $200 on tax. As well, the only other dealer in the city I'd really consider reputable is Leigh's Computer and their prices (at least at the time) were out of my range. I felt that I can handle most problems (with the help of people here) and that if the thing itself was defective I trust Go Amigo to take it back. Well, whatever. As I say, it isn't worth any money to me to have it fixed. — Ethan
