The question of the month is — how complete is the lockup? If the mouse
won't move, then the lockup is complete. But if the program just gets
stuck, it is possible that the mouse will still operate — until you send
an intuition message to the program. Then WorkBench dies…… (At least
this is what I THINK the docs infer about WB programs that don't respond to
intuition messages ASAP….. No reply=system die)
