Don: The CLI isn't always needed, as there are MANY applications that allow you to do anything you'd do in the CLI from within these programs. DiskMaster is one of them. Also, even if you are absolutely FORCED to use to use the CLI there are even programs that help with that Khalid Aldosori's File Requestor and it's Bypass program allow you to call up a file requestor (dialog box) to select the file with, and then with another hot-key you can inject either the filename, or the full path, or both wherever the cursor is.
