I wish they'd look into this! It certainly solves the problem about moving files between AMax Mac environments and AmigaDOS. Right now, I transfer files from the Amax Mac to my PC and then back again, because I found the AMax 1.0 utilities so frustratingly slow and inaccurate. I've got the Central Coast Mac-2-Dos, too, but it can't be on the machine at the same time as the AMax. If they provided a utility that could read the Mac RAM disk while back in AmigaDOS, that would be great. Right now, they don't. Somehow, it survives reboots, but it also doesn't take away available memory when you're back in AmigaDOS. I think they hide it in un-allocated memory lists, and it's quite a coincidence that it survives. If I ran a memory-intensive program, I'm sure it would disappear.
