Don – I just had to jump in and say that your remark about judging "bare" systems is right on the mark… something I've pointed out for years. Most, if not all, computers come out of the box as almost useless… at least as far as power users go. We all quickly get reliant upon screen snappers, GIF viewers, comm programs, little utilities of all sorts… without which we'd be frustrated people ;-). I sometimes wonder what life must be like for those without access to clubs or networks… it's no wonder so many home computer users give up! But I'm wandering. Yes, it's ridiculous to compare customized systems to stock systems. You often see people say "well, I tried brand XX at a store, but it wasn't near as powerful as MY system". Well heck, of course not! cheers – kev
