DMCS
I have some questions about DMCS to ask for my father, who uses the program
extensively for copying rather complex piano compositions (currently a
Chopin sonata). He is quite impatient for the things he sees that are not
done by DMCS. However, some of the things he would like SEEM to have been
done by others writing for this program. 1) How can you get septuplets
etc. into measures? Do you have to re-write the music and take out some of
the notes? 2) Is there a way to do phrasing over perhaps four measures
rather than abruptly measure by measure?
If anyone can just tell me it cannot be done (or how to do it) I will
pass it along with thanks. I did take several pieces such as Rhapsody in
Blue written into DMCS by others and found, when translated into SMUS that
some measures "had too many notes" and could not be translated. How do you
do this? Thanks.
