He sure is. I first met him when he was looking to open a service business
for fixing Commodore machines (PET and C64 at the time), and helped him
with obtaining some service related things, such as schematics, alignment
diskettes, and so on. I have stuck with him ever since, and send lots of
people his way. I have never had anyone come back and gripe about the
reference.
