new dataTAX version
Anyone who cares to comment…..
I just got my 1991 copy of dataTAX, and I must say I feel let down. The
screen shot in the magazine ad looked very 2.0-ish, but everything I looked
at looks exactly like last years version. When they said that most of the
code had been rewritten, I figured it would show. I also was ticked that
the "dataMAIL" program they require to allow you to file electronically
won't be available until month's end.
I think the program has a lot of potential, and the company seems to put
work into it, but it doesn't become more "polished".
