Chalk up cable access as another subject to which I am completely ignorant…. 🙂 Why would you need all the fed committees to agree to it? I was thinking of public access cable. I was under the impression that the local cable company had pretty much total control over that; if they agree then you were on your way. And I've seen some pretty *weird* groups using the air, that's for sure! Like your Whap! signature too; is there any particular reason for it?
